Use uppercase perspectives #38

The buttons show lowercase instead and they link to lowercase 101wiki pages (which I am currently renaming to uppercase and thereby I am breaking things; so it would be good to quickly go uppercase everywhere).

For instance: "implementation" should be "Implementation". Link should be to "Perpective:Implementation".

I have edited all the perspectives pages. (Thanks for Marcel who started this.) All in uppercase now: https://101wiki.softlang.org/Namespace:Perspective
