• Added support to nova flavor-list to show extra_specs for flavors and also let user boot an instance using a flavor with port speed specified.
• Removed hardcoded flavor list from code and added support to load default flavors from config file
• Unit tests

• Moved the loading of flavors into the init file and passed the flavors into each route
• Added a json document to hold the flavors, formatted in a readable way
• Fixed other small issues as suggested
