Work around for the hard coded '1' for showing server details. New VS will show the correct flavor id.

+1 Looks good, don't think we can ever handle the case for previously-generated instances so existing hardcode should be fine.

Fixed the above comments + fixed optimization issue when listing all the virtual servers.
