CCIManager should be not referred now since SL-api has changed it to VSManager #167

I was not able to git clone softlayer/jumpgate and submit the PR. I did a git fork and then i am able to submit my PR but for some reason the tests\ directory is not replciated in my repo. (Neetuj/softlayer) repo. Some tests also refer to CCImanager but i am not sure why i am not seeing them in my repo ( and hence am not sure how to change it)
