Create semantic interface for firewalls #18

The Version 3.0 branch has the modeled objects for both Server and VLAN firewalls. The code lets you get at the same information about a Firewall that I found in the control portal's user interface. There are also routines for retrieving and changing the set of rules on a firewall.

There is no firewall ordering code yet.

Please examine the code and let me know what operations or information about firewalls is missing.

The model layer interface for Firewalls is feature complete for the first release in the v3.0 branch. Please examine that branch carefully and see if there is any functionality that is urgently needed.
