classes and mechanism of antidepressants

• [ ] receive classifications back
• [ ] relabel model input data with more generalised classifications
• [ ] incorporate subclasses (original classes) of models into mechanisms as levels
• [ ] put classification system on site as a table so everyone can see how we're doing it

Is teca the same as tetracyclic @HollieBirkinshaw?

Also are the reversible maoi the same or would we want to answer different questions about them?

• "reversible maoi" is the same as "reversible maoi. rima"

• "a4b2 nnr agonist" is not an antidepressant, it's a hormone-y thing, must have been put in the wrong box in data extraction. same for "hormone". if these can be excluded that'd be great - I'll edit in covidence when I get a chance 👍
