haha she said we could ask Simon who is our pharmacist in the study team :)
Is teca
the same as tetracyclic
@HollieBirkinshaw?
Here are all the classes in the data atm.
Also are the reversible maoi the same or would we want to answer different questions about them?
A bit easier to read in alphabetical order
"teca" is the same as "tetracyclic"
"reversible maoi" is the same as "reversible maoi. rima"
"a4b2 nnr agonist" is not an antidepressant, it's a hormone-y thing, must have been put in the wrong box in data extraction. same for "hormone". if these can be excluded that'd be great - I'll edit in covidence when I get a chance 👍
Awesome, you are a :star: @HollieBirkinshaw :running_woman:
:croissant:
I'll wait for you to update and pull down a new extraction, to avoid adding redundant code. No rush, there's plenty to do.
Ooops I didn't filter on type == antidepressant!
(future us will have to think about how to deal with combined interventions)
Not sure how Covidence searches work, so let me know if you like the study ids + titles.
