Make execptions public API #45

Convert them from my classes into our and rename by moving from X::Template::Mustache:: namespace into Template::Mustache::X::.

The second commit is not so relevant to the subject. But since the class was converted into unit I decided that making one more PR for such a minor change would be an overkill.
