Start problem #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After the installation, I ran the program and it wrote that : "Impossible 
d'obtenir une connexion sur jdbc:postgresql 192.168.0.15:26565565/OpenConcerto 
: Cannot create poolableconnectionfactory (Something unusal has occured to 
cause the driver to fail. Please report this exception.)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Before, there was a time to wait and then this message.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I have just installed the program on windows 7/vista...

Please provide any additional information below.

The application is configured to connect to a PostgreSQL server running on a 
server [ip: 192.168.0.15] listening on port 26565565. This port seems to be 
incorrect.
Use the configuration tool to fix your configuration.
