Implement HR management module

Describe the solution you'd like The HR manager needs to be able to view a list of all employees, add a new employee, edit information about a specific employee and delete an employee.

In general, as the HR manager, I should be able to:

• [ ] Update information of a specific employee.
• [ ] View a list of all employees
• [ ] Delete an employee
