Surface GitHub error when trying to use unvalidated GitHub account #144

GitHub repo creation fails if you use an account that has not been validated 
yet. However, the Google Code Exporter only surfaces the generic error "Error 
creating repo". Including the full GitHub error message would be very useful:

creating repo: POST https://api.github.com/user/repos: 403 At least one email 
address must be verified to do that. []
