SPI does not reconnect after sync loss #144

In case of a sync loss, SPI will no longer blink green. You need to change the DAB frequency and retune.

There might be different reasons. Please provide some evidence, also with a raw file, if possible. This is probably not a general, but a sporadic behavior.

I've tried 4.2.3

It is still the case, that SPI files are stored only as long as there are no sync issues. After re-sync the audio re-appears, but the temp_xxx folder will never get newer files.
