Feature suggestion, ETI/FIC recorder and FIC analizer. #149

Hi, I have couple of enhancements suggestions on the recorder side. FIC Recorder, this will be very useful to use with ETISnoop in order to analize all the FIC structure. ETI Recorder, useful to feed external modulator transmitters.

On the analyser side I will like to have Hardlink/softlink, analyzer, may be this can be another recorder with just this information.

All very useful suggestions, which however should be prioritized carefully. I'll leave them here, but won't tag them for the time being.

Perhaps you can just implement a minimum, option a FIC recorder, so that the FIC can be further analyzed with ETIsnoop.
