Save Spectrum / waterfall settings #5

I have noticed that some spectrum settings like X-zoom (both RF and AF, possibly also waterfall) are reset to leftmost position when mode is changed i.e. NFM-DAB-NFM. I would suggest that the lasst used setting is seved per Mode.

V3.1.5 implements the suggestion.
