Updated jQA rules for the dashboard #24

Did some clean-up of the jQA rules for the dashboard. The updated file dashboard.adoc is the one that is also included by the junit-demo for jQA (https://github.com/jqassistant-demo/junit4/blob/jqassistant/demo/jqassistant/dashboard.adoc).
