Is it possible to run the plugin on a self hosted JIRA installation? #17

If possible, it would be great to have documentation what I need to do. In a quick research, I was able to find this source linking to a description how to create OAuth Token in a JIRA installation. Is this already the way to go to create a token needed in the configuration to run?

Would be great when you can comment on that, too. Best wishes.
