[ ] Tag certain bathrooms with the "requires passcode" tag
[ ] A feature to filter out bathrooms that require a passcode

@nyu-software-engineering/spring-2019-toilet-finder - your Sprint 0 task board is blank. Once you place user stories there in Sprint Planning, you should add Acceptance Criteria and Estimate of Work to each user story description. Issues not in the current sprint don't need that yet.

Any issues placed in the task board should also be assigned to one or more team members.
