Added proxy handling functionality using ContractAbiResolver for contract resolution.
Integrated deployment methods with support for Cairo versions and L1 resource bounds.
Implemented utility functions for address parsing and contract function generation.
Refactored existing methods for better clarity and maintainability.

Hi @ShantelPeters, unfortunately, your solution does not solve the addressed issue and this code isn't aimed to that problem. Pasting code as output from language models isn't usually a proper solution to anything. For this reason, I have to close this pull request.
