Progress bar error #44

The progress bar does not reflect the correct percentage of completion in the dashboard. Have to compare against the progress bar on Roadmap to see the difference.

This status bar reflects Scrum way of done. User story is not done until all of its issues are done. So even if you mark on of issues as done you still need to do rest of them to see progress.
