"Unassigned Issues" shows all issues, not only the unassigned #71

In Dashboard -> Issues -> Unassigned Issues: All issues are displayed, including the ones already assigned. Missing condition on "user_story_id = NULL"?

I guess (haven't confirmed) it's related to this commit: https://github.com/software-project/scrum-pm/commit/2d85d793456be012fe82ba875283cb7487d772d0
