installation issue - google chart #91

I am trying to install this SCRUM PM plug-in on redmine which is hosted on a windows server. could someone help me with the google chart. on running the rake db:migrate_plug-ins RAILS_ENV=production, i get below error

"rake aborted, no such file to load --gchart".

could you not find a way to install googlecharts...appreciate yr help

i could fix the problem...it was my proxy which was stopping the download
