updating account page requests to better use data #132

Changed the logic to more accurately use the GET request for user ID, need to discuss adding deck name as info in card objects because that is the only unreachable info from the current get request for users.

i'm guessing we can close this one since @kdduan changed the interface for the /GET endpoint and thus any complex FE logic isn't needed
