create CardEditor component #24

[3] this component is the interactive card editor that will be used by

team leader designing the deck card template (wireframe)
user adding a card to the deck (wireframe)
user updating their card (wireframe)

the "save button" should be included in this component -- will need "buttonText" and "onSave" props
the component should maintain its own state but not directly write to db (can only do so through onSave)
