Make "date published" more readable, or remove #13

Something like "2018-07-11T23:49:00.000Z" isn't intuitive to read. We either have to reformat it, or consider getting rid of it. I do like the idea of having it though to give articles more context

Yea i can do this pretty quickly, need to figure out which API we are going to use. It's dependent on that.
