Set up EAS update #18

This pull request adds the necessary dependencies and configuration to set up EAS update in the project. It includes the addition of the expo-updates dependency and the configuration changes in the app.json file. This will enable the app to use EAS update for over-the-air updates. Closes Set up EAS update #7
