Use new Brcypt dependency #15

This updates the server pom to use the updated bcrypt dependency

@19mdavenport - I'm not sure why this is being done, but I think you need to also change the instruction to match the use of this library instead of the spring version.

@leesjensen Dr. Wilkerson has already changed it, I'm changing this to reflect the change in the existing instruction.
