What happened?

After updateing from 2.10 to 2.12 over ota i see different ampunt of cells over mqqt and web interface. I have 16s cells and over web inteface is only 8 visible.

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

I see the same issue, have a 15S 60A BMS and see only 8 cells in web gui, via MQTT I see the values for all 15 cells. Also in Web gui you see in my screenshot that cell 13 is highest cell, but graph shows only 8 cells.
