Enable easy creation of new CLI packaging tools using rdopkg #107

As stated in pwnpkg manifest, rdopkg should also be a framework for easily creating new packaging CLI tools as it contains the required code anyway. Let's reuse instead of reinventing wheel again and again.

I've finished critical refactorings needed for this, only few small blocks remain such as replacing hardcoded rdopkg string with a customizable one.

To finish this process, an example of creating a new tool should be included in rdopkg tree along with docs update.

Note that this is a prerequisite for 1.0 and fedpkg rewrite.

This might be deprecated/replaced by rpkg2 that was disscused here and summarised here.
