RFE: update pymod2pkg in rdopkg copr #131

python2-pymod2pkg is at 0.6.1 but 0.8.0 is available. As rdopkg switched to pbr, it's a good time to update the dependency which also swithed to pbr in latest version.

I forgot, python-pymod2pkg is included in fedora :)

Also, 0.8.0 requires pbr >= 2.0.0 not yet available in fedora, so it's at max version ATM.
