Fedora 25, 26: Module rpm is not available. #132

This traces back to rdopkg.utils.specfile

import rpmUtils.miscutils

line which is no longer available in python-rpm.

This dependency has already been removed in master so a new 0.44 release should fix this. Sooooon...

This should be fixed in 0.44.2.
