tag a new release #186

Would you please tag a new rdopkg release?

It would be really nice to have https://softwarefactory-project.io/r/18391 in a release.

Hi! It's been a while since our last release, yes.

I've just tagged 1.3.0, you can find it already in PyPi, and soon we'll have it in the Fedora repos, too.
