Coworking contingency plan #18

Every once in a while, there is an event at Mahtay Cafe which interferes with coworking. See issue #7 for some relevant discussion.

I propose we have a contingency plan that we can rely on instead of having to discuss what we are going to do every time this happens. Maybe we move coworking to another venue; maybe we cancel it; maybe we reschedule? This is due for discussion.

My preference is to find another venue, preferably one that's also downtown in case we find out in person that there's some interfering event, then we don't have to travel very far to another location.

There's Coffee Culture and The Irresistible Bean.

Good idea. I'm cool with coffee culture. I think the irrestibal bean closes really early.

Looks like they are open a bit later on Friday and Saturday; but only until 5pm the other days. http://www.irresistiblebean.com/index.php/contact

We can revisit this issue if Coffee Culture doesn't turn out to be a great alternative.
