What date are we targeting for DCN5?

I would like to see all planning finalized for Jan 31 with a target date of Tuesday Feb 11, 2014.

I'm 100% open to changing those dates as they are completely arbitrary. I'd like to set a date very soon though. Let's move discussion on the date to this issue: https://github.com/softwareniagara/feedback/issues/50

Thanks Nick, I like the xmassy look of it. Here are some minor suggestions:

• Have "Monday December 16 at 7PM at FueledMinds" also link to the Eventbrite RSVP page
• Add the day to "at their coworking space on December 20 at 12:00PM"
• For the Intro to Coding event, I recommend adding an end time or an approximate length
• Also for the same event, I recommend mentioning whether attendees need their own equipment (e.g. laptop)
• The registration link for Intro to Coding goes to the homepage of Eventbrite (I'm guessing it's a placeholder)
• What about changing "Coworking three days a week" to something like "Coworking three days a week, day and night" so it gives a better idea of the options?

Got PhantomCompass on board. Probably PixelNauts too - waiting on a firm confirmation from the latter. Might have one or two groups from the Every1Games program on board too. Have to wait and see what the students think of the idea.

Okay, the students from Every1Games will not be participating directly. Their work will be part of the keynote. So we are still looking for three demos.

Any restriction on topic? Is it no longer a themed DemoCamp as a result of Every1Games not participating? That would been cool. Another time.
