Integrate Training related questions in to the CFQ #12

Might need to add a a training-questions.md file

  1. Check if our core questions are better - if not modify
  2. Check if the training questions should be added to training-questions.md (make sure you follow the format)

She has a set of questions to ask the carpentry folk around why things are worded a particular way and how the data is used to assessed people (e.g. why satisfaction is asked when assessing their level of knowledge - or is it about something else).

Contacted Kari Jordan to discuss the reasoning behind the questions that get asked by SWC/DC surveys, how they were designed and what happens with the data.
