[Bug]: COPYING licenses not recognised #30

Description

License files named COPYING (for example in https://github.com/ebreitmo/bolt) are not recognised as such

Expected Behavior

License files named COPYING should be recognised by FRSM-15.

Actual Behavior

FRSM-15 does not find a license file.

Possible Fix

Add to license file regex.

Steps to reproduce

Evaluate against https://github.com/ebreitmo/bolt.
