Q43: University name is incorrect #221

For Q43: we had a typo University of Western Sydney should be Western Sydney University. Change needs to be made in universities.csv

@nrmay said that this change is not required. That is the University name listed on the as having received Research Block Grant Allocation from the federal govt.
