Some repositories could not be completely parsed (see #22 for details). Find out why and rerun analysis.

usir.salford.ac.uk: cannot export, some rerouting happens and we download the wrong file format.

Crawling warwick again to see whether we can export from that.

The failed parsings hapened due to unexpected formats that would need to be accounted for for any future reruns wanting to incorporate info from those repositories. It's not something that needs "fixing" though.
