The way that the classifier works means that it is possible to 'see' an advert twice, but not to classify it twice. For example, it's possible that the advert was opened for a long time, so that it timed out which means that it can't be classified and when "submit" was pressed a new job was served and - since no one else was classifying at the time - the same advert was served. It might also have been opened on two browsers, or there might actually be two identical job adverts (if a position isn't filled, sometimes it's just re-advertised).
We need to look at stoneflower0's submissions and check for duplicates. Then look at the jobs to look for re-posts. If neither of these have occurred, we need to wait to see if others see the same behaviour.
@steve-crouch will check for duplicates and send me a list of the jobs. @simonhettrick will check the jobs for re-posts.
This should now be fixed. The truncated user email address caused the process that selects the next job for classification to mistakenly select a job that had already been classified by the user (only for those users with email addresses over 30 characters in length).
@stoneflower0 - admittedly this wouldn't be possible to conclusively verify it has been fixed, given there's a random selection process involved. But try it out, and let us know if you notice another duplicate.
inconclusive. Classified the zebrafish advert for the third time, but only once since bug fix.
Also has not been observed in internal testing - close for now.
Saw same job advert twice. Twice.
