Need a way to quickly view results #9

Discussed this with @steve-crouch who's going to add a new section to the answers page that provides the number of jobs that have been classified with the following classifications:

       | None | Some | Most | Insufficient evidence

count | Yes | Yes | Yes | No count | No | Yes | Yes | Yes count | Yes | No | Yes | Yes count | Yes | Yes | No | Yes

We're especially interested in the last two possible states, because they show significant disagreement amongst reviewers. Let's hope we don't see many of them.

Implemented on answers page, showing a count of each type of classification spread. Simon to verify.
