Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I am running scenario in the batch mode with the Dynamic Site Index model ON (i.e. dsi_enabled = TRUE or 1). However, if the path to the Climate Data Base is not set correctly (which is the case by default), the scenarios are calculated without raising a warning messages.

Describe the solution you'd like

A warning message like "Warning: There is no linked climate data base.."
Correct default link to climate database

This was discussed before. The problem is, that the software would have to check all simulation rules to see if

climate sensitive simulation is enabled somewhere in the batch
a climate database is configured correctly
climate data is available for all desired locations and time frames

The decision was to only log missing climate data. Maybe we should work on this in a later stage.
