Is cancelHistoricalData() implemented? #111

Hi Abel,

Is cancelHistoricalData() implemented?

Hoping to it when manually querying data, don't get a return, and can benefit from canceling first before making a duplicate query. Also not sure if cancelling is required when running into placing violations.
