As a user i can't transfer money to other users #1004

Money transfer doesn't work. I receive an error on the screen.

Steps to reproduce

  1. log in to web portal
  2. direct your account
  3. Try to transer money

Actual Result: I cant transfer money Expected Result: I can transfer money to other users
