As a user, I can't transfer money to other users #1009

Money transfer doesn't function. I received an error on the screen.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to web portal
  2. Direct to your account
  3. Try to transfer money

Actual result: I cant transfer money to other users. Expected result: User should be able to transfer money to other users
