As a user, I can't transfer money to other user. #1011

Money transfer doesn't work. I receive an error on the screen.

Steps to reproduce: 1 - Log in web portal. 2 - Direct your account. 3 - Try to transfer money.

Actual Results: I can't transfer money. Expected Results: I can transfer money to other user.
