As auser I can't transfer money #1013

Money transer doesn't work. I receive an error on screen.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. First login to wwwmyaccountdotcom
  2. click on transer money

Actual results: I can't transfer money Expected Results: I can transfer money to other accounts.
