As a user i can't transfer money to other users #1018

Money transfer doesn't work. I receive an error on the screen.

Steps to reproduce: 1 - Log in to web portal 2- Direct your accounts 3- Try to transfer money Actual result: I can't transfer money. Expected result: I can transfer monet to other users
