As a user, I can't transfer money to other users. #1019

Money transfer doesn't work. I receive an error on the screen.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login to eb portal
  2. Direct your accounts
  3. Try to transfer money

Actual result: I can't transfer money Expected result: I can transfer money to other users.
