As a user, I can't transfer money to other users. #1021

Money transfer doesn't work. i receive an error on the screen.

Steps to reproduce: 1- Log in to web portal 2- Direct your accounts 3- try to transfer money

Actual Result: I can't transfer money. Expected Result: i can transfer money to other users
