User can't transfer money to other accounts (inter account transfer)
Steps: 1- Login to banking app 2- Must have multiple accounts 3- Select account to transfer from 4- Select accout to transfer funds to
Actual Result: User can't transfer funds to another account (Inter account Transfer) Error message appears
Expected Result: User can transfer money between own accounts
