As a user, I can't transfer money to other users #1028

Money transfer doesn't work. I received an error on the screen.

Steps to reproduce: 1- Login to web portal 2- Direct your accounts 3- Try to transfer money

Actual Result: I can't transfer money. Expected Result: I can transfer money to other users.
