As a user, I can't transfer money to other users #1034

Money transfer doesn't work. I receive a pop-up message on the screen

Steps to reproduce

1- Log in with a valid credentials 2- Direct to your account 3- Try to transfer money

Actual result: I can't transfer money Expected result: I expect to transfer money to other users

Still not fixed
